The wellbeing of every client is always the priority.
2. Approach
Sessions are designed to support emotional wellbeing in a calm, attuned and age-appropriate way.
Care is taken to ensure that every client feels safe, heard and respected within each session.
4. Safeguarding Concerns
If there is ever a concern about the safety or wellbeing of an individual, Maria Leiva The Visionary has a responsibility to take appropriate action.
This may include sharing information with relevant services or professionals in line with safeguarding guidance.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared within sessions is treated with care and respect.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where there are safeguarding concerns.
6. Working with Other Professionals
Where appropriate, clients are encouraged to continue working with their GP or other professionals supporting the client in case of need.
Maria Leiva The Visionary does not replace these services but can sit alongside them.
